Who am I? That’s a deep and personal question. One, if I’m absolutely honest, I don’t quite have the answer to yet. But for the sake of this blog I guess I can give a few generic, run-of-the mill answers to satiate your curiosity.

My name is Anton. Mostly because I’m too tired or lazy to come up with a good enough acronym, but also because that’s what my mum named me.

So here’s the tea (tea; how us gays like to refer to gossip or personal info). I’m just a first year PR student at RMIT University, talking about my life and interests in the hope that someone might listen or god forbid… like what I have to say.

And in an attempt to give you insight into my life, here are five facts that would be extremely inappropriate to tell a complete and utter stranger (but it’s the internet so I guess that makes it okay)

  1. I actually really love the 80’s and I’m jealous of the fact that my mum got to live through them, which is coincidentally why I give her so much shit about her age.
  2. My favourite TV show is Scandal, and coincidentally my number one goal in life is to be a real life Olivia Pope #MoveOverJudySmith
  3. I have trouble committing. Translation; I’m super keen about a project for a day before I realise how much work will need to go into it and subsequently forget all about it.
  4. I quote mean girls more then a well adjusted 18 year old male probably should.
  5. My favourite thing in the world is to laugh, but since mine is so painstakingly awful, I try as hard as I can to surround myself with everyone else’s.

Well there it is, me in a nutshell. I don’t expect everyone to like it, after all I’m not everyone’s cup of tea. What I am is an acquired taste and I’ve grown accustomed to that. I can’t promise that you will love everything I write, but what I can promise is that everything I’ll post will be real, honest and often unfiltered (I’ll apologise for that now, it’ll save valuable time later on). That being said, go out an have a look at my blog, and remember to;

Stay cool and SEIZE THE DAY ☀️
