My Weekly Obsession: Ruelle

In concurrence with the long anticipated debut (and I do mean long, considering my last post was published weeks ago) of My Weekly Obsession (which I intend to make a weekly affair, hence the title) I have chosen to feature an artist who I believe to the next big thing in music: Ruelle

I first fell in love with her unique sound (a little something I like to refer to as vocal heroin) while listening to her single Monster and I’ve had her on constant replay ever since. Ruelle’s (Maggie Eckford) alternative music style distinguishes her from other artists, mainly because she utilizes a number of different music genres to produce a wide-ranging and diverse group of work. She is quite honestly a breath of fresh air for the music industry and is someone who I believe will be around a long time to come.
